Last updated: October 19, 2026
1. Overview
Welcome to AQUAWELLA.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://aquawella.com and any purchases made through our online store.
Throughout these Terms, "AQUAWELLA", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operator of the AQUAWELLA online store.
Our website is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce infrastructure used to operate our store.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
2. Use of Our Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.
When placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement under the laws applicable to you.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a purchase or contacting us.
You are responsible for ensuring that the contact and delivery information you provide is correct.
We reserve the right to restrict access to our website where necessary to prevent fraud, security threats, or unlawful activity.
3. Products and Product Information
AQUAWELLA offers shower accessories, filtered shower heads, replacement filters, and related bathroom products.
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, and information about included accessories.
Product appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings. However, the product supplied must correspond to the material characteristics and specifications stated in its product listing.
Each product page identifies the available options and included components.
Any product specifications, compatibility information, or performance descriptions are limited to those expressly stated in the applicable product listing.
We may update product descriptions, availability, or specifications when necessary. Such changes do not alter the terms of an already accepted order without the customer's agreement or another lawful basis.
4. Prices and Currency
Product prices are displayed in the currency selected for your shopping experience.
For customers shopping in Switzerland, prices are generally displayed in Swiss francs (CHF).
The final amount payable, including applicable taxes and delivery charges collected by AQUAWELLA, is displayed at checkout before an order is submitted.
Where applicable, import charges and the party responsible for them are explained in our Shipping Policy or during checkout.
Prices may change without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect orders already accepted at a confirmed price.
Any currency conversion or foreign transaction charges imposed independently by your bank or payment provider are subject to that provider's terms.
5. Placing an Order
By submitting an order, you request to purchase the selected products at the price displayed during checkout.
After placing an order, you will receive an electronic confirmation containing relevant purchase details.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, incorrect product availability, or a material pricing error.
If we cannot fulfil an order after receiving payment, we will notify you and arrange an appropriate refund.
Please check your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@aquawella.com.
Once an order has entered processing or shipment, changes or cancellation may no longer be operationally possible. This does not affect applicable statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights.
6. Payment Methods
Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout.
Our store uses Shopify and supported third-party payment providers to process transactions.
Available payment methods may vary by country, currency, or customer location.
Payment information is handled in accordance with the security practices and terms of the relevant payment provider.
An order may be placed on hold or cancelled if payment cannot be completed or verified.
We do not generally receive complete payment card details from our payment processors.
7. Shipping and Delivery
AQUAWELLA works with third-party fulfilment and logistics partners to process and deliver customer orders.
Depending on the product and destination, orders may be prepared and dispatched from fulfilment facilities outside Switzerland, including mainland China.
For deliveries to Switzerland, our current standard shipping estimate is 8–10 business days after dispatch.
This is an estimated transit period, not a guaranteed delivery date. Order processing time may be additional.
Delivery estimates may vary because of order processing, carrier operations, customs procedures, public holidays, or other circumstances.
If a significant delivery issue arises, we will provide reasonable assistance and information about available options.
Once an order has shipped, tracking details will be provided where available.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
For more information about shipping destinations, estimated delivery times, charges, and international deliveries, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
Nothing in this section limits any responsibility or delivery rights imposed by applicable law.
8. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Customer satisfaction is important to AQUAWELLA.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, defective, or otherwise non-conforming product, please contact us at info@aquawella.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Photographs may help us resolve the issue more quickly, but any request for supporting information will remain subject to applicable consumer law.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law and our published Return and Refund Policy.
Where mandatory consumer withdrawal or cancellation rights apply, including qualifying distance purchases covered by EU consumer protection law, those rights will be respected.
Any applicable legal rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected by these Terms.
9. Product Use and Compatibility
Customers should review the product description, specifications, and available installation instructions before using a product.
Shower heads and accessories should be installed and maintained according to the instructions applicable to the purchased model.
Compatibility with existing shower equipment may depend on the connection type and configuration of the customer's shower system.
Customers should check the compatibility information provided in the product listing before purchase.
If you are uncertain about installation or compatibility, please contact us before placing an order.
Nothing in this section excludes liability for defective products or limits mandatory consumer rights.
